My name is Michael Johnson and I’m the owner and operator of HR Capital Group. I started HR Capital Group to provide clients just like you with a personalized experience from a career strategist. Having over 20+ years of corporate experience in Fortune 500 companies I have had so many friends and co-workers ask me for career advice and guidance on topics such as interview preparation, resume writing, job search and leadership development. Each one of these individuals were seeking assistance and guidance on how to develop an actionable plan to advance their career and move to higher levels of influence and responsibility within or outside of their current companies. Many felt they were just stuck and did not know what to do and how to get there. This feeling can be quite frustrating and impactful to one’s physical and psychological well-being.
After providing coaching and career strategies to my friends for over 20+ years I decided that enough was enough and that the information I have learned and shared over the years needed to be shared with the rest of the world. So, in 2017 I launched HR Capital Group as your personalized career strategist. HR Capital Group under my leadership is committed to helping our clients to evaluate their current careers and develop actionable plans to move their career to the next level in which they desire.
As I speak with clients over the years I typically notices that most of my clients know what to do they just need a little help in doing it. So that is why I am here. If you ever felt that you could not success in your career, or that you have no clear direction or vision in your current or future career path I am here to help. Growing up one of the most important lessons that my parents taught me that still is part of who I am today is this:
